Logistics plays a key role in the success of many organisations and their ability to get their products to the right place at the right time and at an acceptable cost. This paper covers a number of fundamental areas of logistics operations (e.g. transport, warehousing, inventory, etc.) and takes a practical and integrated approach to this multi-dimensional field of study.

Individual classes include lectures, reflection questions, practical exercises, case study analyses, and videos. Questions and discussions with the lecturer and classmates are strongly encouraged.

Since this paper is offered in FLEXI mode, students can choose to attend the face-to-face or the Zoom lectures. All classes are live-streamed on Zoom and recorded.
